This document contains stats on the knowledge graph, particularly looking at the number of samples in assay batches and the links to raw data, protocols and papers.
Assay batches are a group of measurements done in one lab at around the same date. They are the most comparable-between-themselves units of data. They can be used to flag measures that have been performed several times.
